Installing and Maintaining Home Appliances and Pool Heaters

The first time I was given Valley appliances name it was to help my 96-year-old mother get her dishwasher to empty again. Mark attended my mother’s house. He could not have been more helpful , he showed me what to do in future to prevent the same thing happening again. Their business acumen and what they decide to charge you on (what is fair ) are exactly the same. It was like seeing a company from the 1960s I was blown away. Go forward a year and a half . My husband and my fridge in the garage kept freezing everything. Naturally, I relied on Valley Home Appliance as they had been previously fabulous. Rather than charge me living out in Metcalfe , for a home visit to look at the fridge and write down the serial number. Mark called so that he could save me an expense told me where to get the number in the fridge and we trouble shot it over the phone. Within 10 minutes he sorted my problem out fix the fridge. They never did have to come and I didn’t even get a charge for the consultation! (I hope this does not get Mark in trouble lol because I’m going to tell you the amount of free advertising you got for this incredible customer service must be worth what you would’ve gotten for the consultation fee.) I have never seen such an honest reliable company. I was absolutely blown away, and I have been telling everybody about them who will listen.. If you need help with a Home Appliance, you are insane if you call anyone other than Valley Home Appliance’s. So kind, so polite, so helpful, and living out in the country you get used to companies trying to gouge you because it’s a half hour drive from Bank in Heron even though driving to Orleans or Kanata. I would be remiss if I did not mention the absolutely friendly helpful voice on the other end of the phone when I called the company. The whole experience has been amazing and so as reciprocity is engrained in all of us, I hope this review finds the staff of this company, giving themselves a big pat on the back and a solid sense of the appreciation every day people feel when they are treated fairly. In these difficult times when everything is so expensive, it really is worth going on and on about this company as I’ve done now. I meant to do this at the time and a bit of time has gone by but Marc I hope you remember our conversation and know that if there’s such a thing as karma, you’ve got it in spades coming your way Congratulations to one of Canada’s best companies going! Excellent service. Appointment made in a couple of text on a Saturday evening for the coming Monday, they were on time, changed my pool heater perfectly in not even 1 hour, and even painted the gas line for free. I also got a 2024 gas heater model that saved me a few hundreds bucks. I highly recommend that business. Thanks again for being professional and friendly.

Our gas pool heater was installed last summer (different company) and it wouldn't start up when we opened it. Peter called me back and was able to help me through photos - over the phone!! Super thankful for his effort and knowledge! 100% would recommend!

Amazing Customer service.. they followed up and ensured I got the service I needed even when I was unable to respond to their calls .. yet the technician Dia attended the work order and made it happen… the coordinator went ahead dispatched the tech and attended to my request for the on site maintenance and proceeded to fix / replace the parts on my pool heater ensuring it worked properly all without my presence as I was engaged and unavailable .. Wow Truly Amazing .. they won’t let you go or drop the ball on you..
